All goods purchased online are shipped from the nearest Westbeach warehouse to your location.
Shipping prices are stated for your country during checkout.
ORDER CONFIRMATION & DELIVERY TIME
Please note that these are guidelines only and can be affected drastically by high order volumes.
Mainland UK: Order
s placed before 1pm on a week day are normally dispatched in two working days. Outlet items may take longer. After dispatch, delivery typically takes 3 working days. Smaller orders are sent via Royal Mail recorded and larger orders are sent via courier and a signature may be required upon receipt.
Europe & Non-Mainland UK: Order
s placed before 1pm on a week day are normally dispatched in two working days. After dispatch, delivery typically takes 7 - 10 working days. Orders are sent via DHL or DPD who may use a 3rd party courier.
If you need to amend an address for any reason please contact us in plenty of time via email@example.com or 0161 834 4400. We cannot alter your address once it has been accepted in the warehouse company's system.
Despite our best efforts, in rare cases we are sometimes unable to
fulfill some orders. If this is the case, we will contact you to arrange
a refund or a replacement of the same value as per your choice.

Please note that Westbeach will not be liable to pay any duties,
taxes or further charges incurred in shipping our products to you.
Westbeach will not alter any of the information on the shipping
documents relating to the products being shipped to you.
Should you decide that you want to return, exchange or warranty any
items you will be required to pay any related shipping costs both to and
from the UK.
If your order does not include a valid contact number for the delivery address then we will not be responsible
for failed or late deliveries and the you may be liable for
additional shipping costs.
